1966 Pontiac GTO Dean Jeffries
Pontiac wanted a 1966 GTO,
that still looked like a GTO.
They had in mind, a mild
custom, Dean Jeffries, was to
build, that looked like a GTO.
The front was to have, the
two stock GTO grills; but it,
could have two rectangular,
light bezels, in place of,
the stock ones.
Pontiac, even allowed,
a cut open hood, for a,
four-barrel carburetor,
and a Cal Custom, four-
barrel carburetor, four-
baffle chrome hood scoop.
As for the fender wells,
keep them stock. But it
could have Fenton five
spoke mags. Also, the
tires, had to fit, inside,
the wheel wells. Yet, it
could have taller tires,
as long, as they fit,
in the wheel wells.
As for the sport mirrors,
they had to stay.
